Stripe is our payment gateway. This platform provides us with an online e-commerce system that allows us to sell our Air-to-Water Generator units and related Products and Services to you, worldwide. These Terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising from your use of the Website or your purchase of our products shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

By completing a purchase on the Site, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your personal information. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not complete your order, either online or through other means, unless you abide by our T&Cs.

Hawana Water units transform humidity and are designed to operate in a clean indoor environment and in ambient temperatures that do not exceed 43 °C. If used outdoors care should be taken to shade the product from direct sunlight, ensure good ambient air quality and to not restrict airflow. Product specifications and availability of filters or replacement components may change from time to time and may vary by model number or territory. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. In case the information changes after you have submitted your order and before you receive it, you will be contacted beforehand to discuss the modifications.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order but does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues with payment verification. All prices, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling costs listed on the site are in UAE Dirhams (AED). By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your payment details. Hawana Water accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective merchant service providers. Please review the respective merchant service provider's user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for the purchase of any Products and Services (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (each such purchase, an "Order"). You are responsible for, and agree to pay, all such charges. If we or our third-party payment processor cannot obtain authorization for charges to your payment method, or if any amounts you authorize us to charge to your payment method are reversed or charged back for any reason, we may, at our option, in addition to any other remedies: cancel or suspend any undelivered portion of your Orders, make second and/or subsequent attempts to charge your payment method, and/or use any other lawful means to collect payment on any outstanding amounts due to us. You will remain responsible to pay all applicable charges for all Orders. You agree to provide and keep current a valid payment method. The prices of the products are displayed on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any Order which we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. However, your failure to do so shall not constitute cancellation of any Order. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of the AWG Manufacturer.

Hawana offers international shipping; however, delivery times and costs may vary based on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy: Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. All products come with a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Water & air filters are excluded from the warranty unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us at info@hawanawater.com for assistance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawana Water Systems FZCO, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential health or physical damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim related to your purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Hawana Water Systems FZCO solely reserves the rights to the Hawana logo, trademark and images of Hawana products. No reproduction or use is authorized without permission. Users agree to use the Hawana website, products, and services solely for their intended purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any inappropriate or unauthorized use of the website or Hawana Water Machines—including, but not limited to, tampering, modifying, attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the hardware or software—is strictly prohibited. Users must not attempt to bypass, disable, or alter any safety, monitoring, or security features. Any misuse, or actions that compromise the integrity, safety, or functionality of Hawana products or services, may result in immediate legal action, and forfeiture of any applicable warranties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time with notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site or placing an order after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

Note that end users should refer to the User Manual enclosed in the original product packaging. The User Manual can also be downloaded or ordered from the website. To provide a fresh User Manual, the product owner must supply their product information and serial number.
